After 2 weeks cycling through the alps this was the breakfast I had anywhere. The most helpful staff you will find in the world, I mean every word believe me!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, delicious breakfast, and convenient location near public transportation and parking.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Free reserved parking, very nice loft room, beds were decent, good shower never ran out of hot water, extremely friendly and helpful staff who spoke decent English, good Euro breakfast, elevator and stairs, half hour easy drive to Bormio and about an hour to Livigno.
Parking spaces were small and hard to maneuver with large vehicle, pillows were flat, the walls were so thin that you could hear everything the neighbors were doing and saying - and Italians are very animated in their speaking and stay up extremely late.

The staff was really welcoming and always ready to help. We enjoyed the electric vehicle charging station located nearby, which was very convenient. The breakfast was great, we loved the coffee and the croissants.
The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. , the location was a bit out of the way for us, and it took longer than we anticipated to get to the places we wanted to visit.

the staff took care of every detail, making sure our room was clean and beautifully arranged, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel's central location made it very easy for us to find local attractions and a public garage right next door. We loved the bar and restaurant service and the lockable bike garage that came fully equipped.
That we regret not having stayed longer.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. the hotel was located in a beautiful village with lots of history and nice people. Breakfast was included in the price and it was basic but satisfactory.
The noise level from the bar downstairs was very high and kept us awake until late at night. the staff was not helpful when we complained about it, and the overall customer service was poor.
